Paint Art Studio Services Agreement
By accessing and using our paint art studio services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our studio. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
As a participant in our paint art studio, you agree to:
Our studio services are subject to availability and operational constraints. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Class schedules, instructor availability, and studio hours may change based on operational needs. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or skill development timelines. Individual progress varies based on personal effort, natural ability, and consistent practice.
All instructional materials, techniques, curriculum, and proprietary methods used in our studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of our establishment. Students retain ownership of their original artwork created during sessions. However, we reserve the right to photograph artwork for promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing. Any reproduction or commercial use of our teaching methods, materials, or techniques without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Participants may not record, photograph, or distribute any instructional content without express written consent from studio management.
Participation in paint art activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to exposure to art materials, potential allergic reactions, and minor injuries from tools or equipment. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks. Our studio's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Participants with known allergies, medical conditions, or physical limitations must inform studio staff before participating. We recommend consulting healthcare providers if you have concerns about exposure to art materials or physical activities involved in painting.
All fees must be paid in advance of services. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances and at management discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled sessions may result in forfeiture of fees. No-shows without prior notification will not receive refunds or credit toward future sessions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or studio services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action proceedings. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where the studio operates.
Prior to formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve conflicts amicably. All communications regarding disputes must be in writing and directed to studio management.
We collect and process personal information necessary for providing studio services. This includes contact information, emergency contacts, and health-related disclosures relevant to safe participation. Information is used solely for operational purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational procedures. Continued use of studio services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated through posted notices in the studio or other appropriate means.
